Jessica Ennis Kitelyn

Jessica Ennis Kitelyn is a senior leader specializing in strategic planning, communications, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. With national director roles on multiple presidential campaigns and nearly a decade in client-facing account leadership at a public affairs firm, she consistently delivers results in high-stakes environments.

For two decades, Jessica managed people, programs, budgets, and operations for political campaigns and party committees at the local, state, regional, and national levels. From establishing leadership teams in every state, to leading the operation that delivered more than 300 elected officials to 1,500+ events, to ensuring the compliant execution of $44 million in joint programming, she brought precision, clarity, and disciplined execution to work where every detail mattered.

In 2017, Jessica brought that experience to a strategic communications agency, ultimately spending seven years managing a priority account with a global pharmaceutical company’s advocacy team. In that role, she led high-impact engagements and communications, elevating the voices of patients, advocates, and care partners with internal and external stakeholders.

Across two careers, Jessica has driven the strategic growth of teams, programs, and operations, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, brought order and clarity to challenging situations, and cultivated a trusted, nationwide network of relationships.

If you have an idea, initiative, or effort that needs to be launched, grown, or reimagined, Jessica will help you chart a clear path forward and make it happen.
